About the Toolkit
Child Care Aware of Virginia has created an employer child care toolkit to highlight ways through which employers can:
- expand the availability of child care,
- promote ways to make child care more affordable, and
- promote family-friendly workplace policies to help balance the stress between work and family.
Child Care Aware of Virginia is a statewide non-profit organization that works to support parents in finding child care and to support providers in offering high-quality care. Our network consists of five regional Child Care Resource Centers and a statewide hub in Richmond, Virginia.
