Child Care Aware of Virginia has created this toolkit to highlight ways through which employers can:

- promote ways to make child care more affordable for the workforce, and
- promote family-friendly workplace policies to help employees balance the stressors of work and family.
Child Care Aware of Virginia is a statewide non-profit organization that works to support parents in finding child care and to support providers in offering high-quality care. Our network consists of five regional Child Care Resource Centers and a statewide hub in Richmond, Virginia.
